These Subscription Terms govern purchases of subscription plans within our AI Tattoo Design App ("App"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Plans

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Subscription") that provide access to premium features, including but not limited to unlimited or extended AI tattoo generation.

Subscription options, pricing, and billing periods (e.g., weekly, monthly, annual) are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

2. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

We do not collect or store your payment information.

3. Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4. Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is offered:

• The free trial period will be specified at signup.
• Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
